Not yet. Last time I checked I was told that they're aiming for Summer 2023. Realistically, I'd say Fall 2023 or Winter 2024. Would be nice to have it sooner though.

Guess we’ll find out soon enough. On another note, just began the process of moving in. Toll did a great job with the home design(s); there are lots of windows to bring in natural light. Of course YMMV depending on which lot. Happy with ours though.

Born and raised in OC at the upper beach cities. Glad to explore south OC though. Been sleeping on it for a while.

Not a huge fan of the interior or landscaping design choices for model homes in general; they tend to be bold and overstated. For these reasons, I'd wager that my home will look better than the model equivalent in no time ;)

Will be moving in soon and am excited to see who the neighbors will be. I've been told they are cool, relaxed dog-loving people. We'll see if they end up moving in.

Lack of driveway and open street parking are big "microlocation" issues. For these reasons, Cira appears more like a luxury condo than a SFH (or detached condo or whatever you want to call it). I can see weekend parking being a huge PITA for family/friends/guests.
