Possible Package Theft in West Irvine

"Palusso was awaiting a court date in that case when he was arrested Wednesday, police said." Haha, that's the best part of the article in my opinion.  At least he's persistent.

Instead of orange bikes, PP should have just issued orange hand guns.

So with only 4 detached condos, 4 attached condos, and 7 SFR's, what will the other 985 homes be?  Apartments?  Tombstones? Sorry, couldn't help it.......

Converting 4-pin CFL recessed can to be able to use LED E27 (bypassing ballast)

To answer your question 1, more than likely, your can light(s) are probably connected to more than one light switch, 2 or 3 switches even.  That extra romex feed is necessary for the multiple switches to function properly.

Great Park: William Lyon - Whistler

From what I've seen, it's not really next door to PP per se.........that's a bit of a stretch.  Perhaps Beacon Park will have that disclosure?

So the people shouldn't be complaining about their tiny backyards, it could be worse!  How fair is it to compare SF to Irvine.  I would guess that close to half, perhaps more, SF residents don't even own a car.

Great Park: William Lyon - Whistler

The last plan 3 is also kind of sitting at the end of a street (anit-Feng Shui'ish), not necessarily a T intersection situation, but that may be a little drawback from potential Asian buyers.  I think the lot next to it gets the award in Whistler for having the longest driveway though!

Irvine sells 21.3 acres to OCTA for rail yard

I'm assuming this is the area across from Cypress Village? Behind the school district offices, and transportation offices that are already there.......

Welcome - New Members Start Here

This was really a tough decision for us.  In the end, we bought new.  The convenience of going through the builder for certain upgrades as well as being able to choose which lot/street/sun exposure/etc.... was something that worked best for our situation.

    Cheap furniture

Yeah, we did think about this afterwards.  Not the smartest of decisions, but I really didn't want them coming into the house with the way those shoes looked.  Also, to clarify, it was the front "lawn" the HOA maintains, not mine.  We don't have landscaping at the moment (another long a$$...

    Cheap furniture

We recently moved here and bought a few pieces from Living Spaces this past weekend.  In case it hasn't been mentioned here before, I thought I'd share.  The delivery guys (at least the ones that I got) arrived with muddy shoes (because they trampled through the front lawn) and no booties. ...
