Yep.  I saw them this Sunday driving on the 133/241 interchange.  Like you said, they're going up fast!

I signed the preliminary contract at StoneTree Manor for a plan 2, when it was selling in the high $800K's.  I ended up backing out because I wanted more of a yard.  I'm glad I did.

With the original plan already selling for over $800K, I don't even want to think about what TIC would charge for the "added square footage" of the loft.  However, the floorplan is nice, and it does open up the upstairs a lot.  The hallway to the master is a lot of wasted space.

I was actually comparing the two centers as a whole.  Spectrum as a whole is more crowded than Marketplace, and most of the time, I've found it harder to find parking at the Spectrum.  The Marketplace has ample parking wherever you are. The two Costcos, Tustin Ranch, and Irvine, are both not...
