    Santa Barbara in Woodbury

Santa Barabara has "Townhome and FLATS"...so I think the Plan 3 is a "townhome" and Plan 1, 2, and 2X are "Flats"...

    Primrose at Portola Springs

Just got this email today from Irvine Company:http://www2.villagesofirvine.com/mk/get/PS07?_EC=l43WARhMIyYtJwwgLOieMi It says the Primrose is going to be considered a Single-Family Home, not a Detached Condo...but then again, on emails for Woodbury East, Irvine Company said the Coronado and...

    Woodbury Build-Out

I was just thinking about who's going to complete them...Even if they were priced the same, however, the Montecito would still be preferred because 1) it's a SFR 2) It has a driveway 3) It has more of a backyard than Stonetree.

Who has moved in to the 2010 Home Collection?

Personally, I think the ones 2 deep look nicer, but the 3 deep don't look too bad.  But, the homes on the 2-deep motorcouts have much smaller backyards, so again, it's trade off and personal preference.  If you want a little bit more of a backyard, you'll have to go for the homes one the 3 deep...

The Irvine Company becomes a builder again...

Yah, the bad thing about WE and SE is, it doesn't matter where you are, the neighborhood is not very wide, so you always hear either Sand Canyon or the 133.  It's never silent, even in the middle of the neighborhood.

For those of you who sold their Irvine home between 2007 - 2009

No regrets, but it's amazing how high the 2010 WB collection prices are.  I sold in July '08, and yet, I purchased for more than what I sold for.  But, I sold my house which had an Irvine address but was Tustin school district, so that is a contributing factor to the lower selling price. (West...
