What are the typical upgrades? Never bought a new house before. Looking at the pictures on Redfin, it looks like it comes with the french oak wood floors. Also see a 6 burner range with the griddle. Price is finally closer in line. Feel bad for the early phase buyers  :-\ but good for me  >:D

No surprise here. People inflate their incomes, but when it comes down to it, not alot people make as much as builders think they make. With the supply of $1M+ homes increasing (BP, OH...) we may see some nice discounts sooner than later.

What are the amenities at Strada? Full court basketball, tennis court, kiddie pool?

Driving thru Capella "several" times? Completely normal for someone interested in the development. For someone who isn't, sort of strange. I'm guessing there's more to this. I did drive by a few weeks ago, and I saw grass and trees between sidewalk and street. So not sure what you were looking...
