    Veterans Cemetery coming to Irvine

It's probably more a matter of timing.  Builders disclose anything that might potentially be an issue. For OH, they even listed the former Marine Corp. Air Station Tustin (the District), which is about 6 miles away. I'm not sure the cemetery was on the radar until recently.

Imagine a black soldier burried in the nearby cemetery.  #completeFCBfreakout #canghostsbeblack?

No, that was probably the right term, it just seems you're hangin with a better class of FCBs than I am.

Have you ever met a FCB that had any concern about being politically correct?

    i HATE my cox bill

That's what cell phones are for.  Have not had any service interruption yet.  Although it's only been 6 mos. Are the chances of internet going down really greater than telephone lines going down. I'm willing to take the chance of both internet and cell service going down in order to pay only $3/mo.

Does DSL Extreme compare to Cox internet or is it apples to oranges?

Orchard Hills - Capella by Taylor Morrison

It's all relative, but Capella is the least expensive on the gated side. So, yep, it's the #valuvlg within the #mstxclvaddrs.

That's not the issue. Sales of bigger homes with bigger lots are slowing even more.  Take a look at Saviero, which has big lots and you'll see more standing inventory. I think it's the same for the other builders, but information on their inventory isn't as easily accessible. (At least i...

    i HATE my cox bill

Good call.  I tried satelite and found it no better than Cox. I cut the cord a few years back and I'll never go back. Ooma also gives that great, I'm-avoiding-a-rip-off company feeling.  I made that switch about six months ago and love not seeing that indecipherable AT&T bill every month.  I...

    Practicaility of Bi-folds

I'll have a set of french doors from the conservatory that adjoins the CA room. The CA will have the bifolds. I'm really leaning toward getting them.  Even if I dont use them much, it's nice to have the option. And to incorporate a theme from another thread, if I get ps9's bug zapper, I can...

They offer two types.  One is around $8K (vinyl) and the other is around $22K (aluminum).

This would definetly add entertainment value for the kids. Would it get disgusting with blood/carcasses pretty quick though?

Do you mean to suggest that we only honor those who we agree objectively protected our freedom? How do you suppose we make that determination? Whether you support a war is a separate question from whether you appreciate and honor the fallen.  But I guess unless you personally feel the impact...

Thanks, moved.  I'm an owner and I have all kinds of issues, so I guess it fits. I wonder if retractable screens would work.  Might kinda defeat the purpose.

    Practicaility of Bi-folds

Considering bi-folds for new home.  They look great, IMO, but not sure how practical they are. Seeing TI posts about ants, wildlife and even black widows, I'm not sure how often I'll leave them open to enjoy the indoor/outdoor space. If you've got them, I'd appreciate any real world feedback.
