Favorite Irvine Floorplan?

I also think PS is too far out... like Tustin Ranch, a little to north for me... and it doesn't have a local shopping area / school system yet (other than Woodbury).

Guest parking in Montecito is going to be a nightmare as I assume you won't be able to park in the shared driveway/mini-street. At least alley-way plans have the frontage of the home to park at but if you've ever been to the neighborhood just north of Tustin Fields (forgot the name) where it's...

    What's living in your car?

Maybe you got it while parked at one of those thousands of places you dine at? Or... Big O could be pulling the old switcharoo on your filter to get you to buy theirs.

2010 Woodbury/WB East New Home Collection Poll

Since TIC owns the land, they can just get really aggressive with pricing to meet their goals right? Two for one sale in 2011!!

    Favorite Irvine Floorplan?

If you go through the model for Paloma 4, you will see that the space is nicely laid out. This floor plan doesn't show it, but I believe there is an island in the middle of the kitchen too (maybe it's an option). I am one of the few who prefer frontal garages with large driveways...

the Celebrity won an undeserved award

gypsy: I also see where you are coming from but I don't agree with you repeated assertions that the primary goal of the US military is to "kill children and parents". I have not once said anything about war being noble or justified or that revenge is warranted. Again, to me, the purpose of...

    Favorite Irvine Floorplan?

CK: Yes... we have seen quite a few in Tustin Ranch... it's just too far north for me. For gypsy (I think this the right plan), we like that Plan 4 at Paloma too:

@gyspyuma: Why are you responding to what I wrote to blt when you haven't responded what I wrote to you? However, I will respond to your comments again... although you don't have to yell:
AND WE BOTH ANSWERED?. YOU JUST DIDN?T LIKE THE ANSWER.. I SAID INVEST IN THIS...

2010 Woodbury/WB East New Home Collection

"California Room" has been used by other builders for their "bonus rooms" or even "breakfast nooks". In the case of these new WB/WE homes, they are 3-sided patios. I like them... that's one less expense you have to worry about in landscaping your backyard... and a place to put your dog if...

2010 Woodbury/WB East New Home Collection

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but the California Room is only included in the sf ft if you used one of the enclosed options like a "Conservatory Room"... although they could use the enclosed patio route and still not include the sq ft.

Still no answers. Maybe this will work? Maybe not.

    Oblivious Parents

Sorry... I'll try to control my daughter better next time... it's just that I get so single-minded in all-you-eat situations.
