Based upon recent builds in Portola Springs (the two newer communities to the East of Lambert Ranch), I am anticipating the new PS III to be just as dense and claustrophobic.  The days, of roomy, lush, open communities are gone.  It's all about how many homes they can fit in a single community...

Costco has a ton of emergency food.  I remember when I first saw them not so long ago, I was surprised that they even carried them.  I guess emergency food is mainstream now and not just for "survivalist" types.

I've seen the backyards of Cambria off of Irvine Blvd and most of the homes look like they are right up against the wall off of Irvine Blvd.  So maybe some lots have a decent backyard but I don't think all do. Jade Court at least has a set sized patio so you know what you are going to get.  But...
