We were on Kauai in June, a restaurant we went to was only open for a few days when we went for dinner, after being closed for months, short staffed and still getting into the swing of things. I noticed a lot of shops/restaurants closed permanently in some shopping malls/strips.
Not this year though, Kawhi is likely out this coming season, so they only got PG and Bledsoe and PG is hit or miss in the postseason, great games and some really shitty games.
Did anyone get lower than 2% last year at no cost when rates were extremely low? I can't remember if I saw any, I'd jump on this rate and if it goes lower just refi again.
Didn't read the article but I echo Cares, been using the Aeron for years, wife uses the Steelcase Leap v2. Both great chairs, just don't like the Leap's fabric.
Agreed, looks cool, but in reality upstairs and downstairs TVs/Video games etc is all noise pollution you can't do anything about unless you're only in one space at a time.
Bad idea, when you have guests/party/bbq, they will walk through someone's bedroom to use a bathroom instead of the powder? Most homes have a coat closet for storage or use part of the pantry, cabinets etc. Send the link to your floor plan.
They should build it now, prices are crazy and the cemetery probably wouldn't affect prices too much since people are bidding up homes, maybe those who don't care can score something close to list.
This is the one I have in the master, only because I'm using their fan, regret not moving all the fans from my old home to the new one. The other rooms all have the generic switch from the builder.

That's what I have, one switch for the recessed and another for the fan. The remote is just in a drawer somewhere since the fan I have can be controlled via app or Alexa and the switch.
It really comes down to preference for the face, I would personally pick a switch that is compatible with...
Are you trying to add a switch/fan light combo together on an existing single gang? I assume if existing wires to the jbox are there, you should have a 2nd switch. If you're adding wiring, the wall area should already be opened up to run the wires, have the electrician make it a 2 gang.
