I actually have another question regarding their ?dramatic? high ceilings. They added big fixed windows at the upper half of the walls. With your neighbors right next to you, how about the privacy??

Yes, I can actually understand them now. Dramatic ceilings are not offered in the last five years or so, it's an advantage to sell. But I still hope people can visit in person, sit on the chairs in the living room and feel whether you like.

That's nice to have, cause bedroom ceilings are not super high. Having a small living room with 'dramatic' super high ceiling and high walls is horseshit, batshit.

To me, things gotta be proportional. If have 20+? ceilings, the room needs to be a decent size. You cannot have super high ceilings with a tiny room like Azul and Cielo. It?s personal feelings I agree. But just visit Azul and Cielo and feel. Rooms small, walls  so high, it?s a well?

LOL, how about their "dramatic 21? volume ceilings". The spaces are so out of proportion. The ceiling is so high, yet the width is so narrow, makes you feel like you are at bottom of a well or canyon. Just be there and feel. If you have been to the narrows at Zion nation park, lol.

They are equally, sameness BAD. I hope people stop buying so irvine company will improve in the future.

Come on People gotta stop buying. Now is a good time to Stop buying the shit. I gotta say the 1500-2500 square foot floor plans are not bad at all. More than 2500 ones are really bad.

I went to the opening yesterday. The floor plans are so bad. The area by calculation is big, but when be there, at the entrance, the living room, the dining, it feels so confined, congested, suppressed. To me, the builder just want to make the number of square feet big AND DONOT CARE ANYTHING...

The Azul and Cielo floor plan are just so so bad. Doesn?t make sense to me at all, one plan has the master bathroom entrance so far away from the bed, you need to walk like 50ft, I don?t know but it?s far, to get the the toilet. For an old man like me, it?s not fun to go at night.

Hmm, opinions differ from each other. That's how they sell I guess.

How much they can save from the changes? If saving cost  is the real reason, they are really squeezing us.

I didn't make myself clear. My point is, having a prep kitchen or wine room is worthy enough to sacrifice that area. I don't understand why people would prefer a pantry in such spot. A pantry should be hidden or tucked away if those are the correct wording. Not right in your face... If it's not...

Really? You guys prefer such a big pantry area which is right in the kitchen and dining area? You wanna look at a big pantry room instead of can be looking outside through sliding windows? Please help me understand, I guess TIC made the decision with some reasoning behind it.

That?s a pretty big pantry lol. I thought pantry should take advantage of a niche area. NOT in the middle of kitchen and dining area like cielo. In this case, I??d rather have nothing.

I guess everyone has their own preference. Anyway, I'm just posting one spot as an example. All three Cielo floorplans are worse than the Ravello here and there IMO.
