Is it open yet?  They've updated their yelp listing.  It used to show June 26th, but now it's only showing Friday, Saturday and Sunday hours.  Dinner only (4pm-12am). Is this their soft open?

Anyone have AT&T Fiber?  How was the installation process?  Did they dig up your yard and drill holes into the side of your house? I've read some people have issues with AT&T throttling video services like Netflix, Hulu or YouTube.  Any truth to this?

I think in a lot of places, 3br homes can be considered true starter homes.  Maybe you rent an apt for 1br or 2br, but when you start a family, maybe you look for a 3br starter home.  So starter homes are approaching $1M here.  Man I need to make more money...
