    AT&T Uverse better than Cox?

We're moving into the Northwood nieghborhood and heard that we can now get AT&T Uverse instead of Cox.  Anyone else have any experience with Uverse?  Would you get Uverse or Cox?  My sister has Cox and I hate the guide.  Also not sure how the DSL is with AT&T vs. the cable internet with Cox.

    Cafe Lotus, Newport

I've been going here since they opened and the owner is the sweetest lady. She is always offering us tastes of her newest off the menu creations. Din Tai Fung (Arcadia)

It sure would be nice to have one in Irvine. Our family friend is a relative of the owners and told us the owners moved to Newport Beach so let's hope they'll open one here in the OC.

You have to work for UCI to buy there. Its part of campus housing.  It's a nice neighborhood. Maybe the state of California should sell the homes to the public to make up some budget deficit. http://www.icha.uci.edu/

Who pulled the trigger in 2012?

We just pulled the trigger too after 2 years of searching in Irvine. We almost gave up on finding a home that met a long list of musts in Irvine until this one popped up.

    Inventory keeps drying up...

We recently bid on a house in University Park with over 20 offers in the first round. Of these over 20 offers, 7 of us received a counter at 65,000 above listing, 25% down and to waive the appraisal contingencies. 5 of us accepted the counteroffer fully so the seller wanted us to provide them...
