    Raising Cane's

    Tried the Raising Cane's in Aliso Viejo's Town Center. It was okay.  A little too salty for my taste.  They salt everything. Even your buttered toast.  It wasn't that spectacular and I probably won't ever go back.

    Woodbridge 5 now AMC

    Had no idea AMC was Chinese owned.  That explains the Chinese movie selections at the District... I think they raised the ticket prices to $2.99 at Woodbridge, but still a good deal.  It's pretty much the only reason why I go to that plaza.

    Gen BBQ (Tustin)

    Gen BBQ's quality in both meat and service has gone down quite a bit since it first opened.  I was surprised to see so many filler menu items and the amount of random marinated selections. True Korean BBQ connoisseurs know only to order non marinated meats.

    Vacant space (formerly Denny's) on Culver / 5 FWY

    Went to the Buena Park location for the first time last night and it was a great experience.  The quality of the meat was really good (much better than Gen BBQ) which is to be expected from a la cart style.  Wait time for 3 people at 8ish was about 20 minutes.
