For us "mature" guys trying to get under 40% body fat,  :P is lifting heavy weights the only way to gain back enough muscle to burn more calories?  Or can doing own body weight exercises like pushups, etc. be enough?

I think if you want to make decent money on small moves, like some on here do, you have to put in a lot per stock to begin with, unless you do options?  I usually put in less amount per stock but to make any reasonable money, it would have to double or triple.  But I tend to hold for longer periods.

I get the possible payback going to an Ivy school or some of the top private schools for useful degrees.  But, there's many of those little no-name private schools that cost just as much.  I don't get that at all.
