We actually liked the Corte Bella floorplan and location within OH, but I grew up with a driveway and feel I need a driveway. Sad that you have to spend $1M to get a driveway in Irvine.  I wish these homes were further setback from the street.  Seriously, $1M should get you more, no?

Tried it three times before the grand opening, each time ordering different dishes.  The best item thus far is the beef skewers appetizer. Then there's the filet mignon cubes that's offered at Capital Seafood. Savoy ruined me with their Hainan Chicken, no one else compares.
