Nope, Terrazza in OH is over $1M and no driveway.  That has got to be worst selling neighborhood in all of OH.  The layouts are nice, but just doesn't feel like a $1M house to me without a driveway.  Sad what people have come to accept with Irvine real estate.

At this price point, is it unreasonable to expect FULL driveways?!  I want to post pictures of violators of the half driveway, see people parked on them all the time.  Just because you're the last house, doesn't mean you can park on there.

Let's throw SCE transformer in the mix, would you be okay with having one in your front/side yard?

What is the total SQFT for a Plan 2 with the Conservatory?  I thought base Plan 2 is ~2,500 SQFT.

What are the key differences for getting a loan for a SFR versus a detached condo?  I am assuming certain financial hurdles are higher for a detached condo?  Thanks in advance for the insight!

What other issues made Plan 2 a deal breaker for you?

May I ask which plan you have and what is the estimate for the plantation shutters?  Do most people get 3 1/2 or 4 1/2 inch shutter blades (sorry, don't know proper term)?  Thanks!
