A family member is on the list for the single story, they will likely pass due to the price and the fact you can't park on the driveway. Not that they will park on the driveway, but just knowing you can't is a turn off.

I disagree Plan 2 is the least popular plan, it depends on the lot. Earlier on, a few Plan 1s took some time to sell. For the price, the downstairs living space is a bit small in Plan 1. The living room feels cramped if you don't get a conservatory.

While it may be a "very nice mobile home community", it is still a mobile home community.  Call me a snob, but I don't want to pay $1M+ to live across a trailer park.

My vote is OH in terms of location, however, Piedmont wins in this battle because it has a full driveway.  Who wants to pay over $1M and feel like you're living in a townhouse community.  Terrazza is a sitting duck, you rarely see cars in the sales office parking lot on weekends.

The view side of Bountiful is my favorite street in the whole community, I especially like Lot 10, which is a Plan 2.  I agree on the traffic noise from Narrow Path and Twisted Oak, almost everyone in Neighborhood II passes by that intersection on a daily basis.

I agree with this, I think it impacts the $1M+ home more than a $700K home.  Look at Terrazza in OH, I honestly think that product would be selling better if it's a zero lot line with a driveway versus shared driveway.
