It is a simple matter of supply and demand. If not that people have an immediate need to sell, and enough people are still willing to pay exorbitant prices, then prices will not come down. No one can predict for sure if this will change, or if it will, how long it will take.

You have not nearly posted enough information. What are the specifics on the home (i.e. price, size, lot size, age of home, condition of home)? In fact, if you posted the MLS# it would be even more useful for us to take a look at the listing and be able to comment on it. But, in general...
