Mahe's work in Baker Ranch has been superb. No complaints from any of my neighbors. I much prefer his work to MK's work.

Jail, toxic plume, landfill, cemetery, Santa Ana, Great Wall.. Every location has its "turn off" for some people. The only things in that list that would actually impact my purchase decision would be the plume and proximity to Santa Ana, as those have a potential to impact day to day life...

Sweet! Can't wait to check it out. Before I moved I thought  I'd end up going to Spectrum more than anything but we find ourselves at town center a lot more often. I like the mix of local mom and pop places and the normal chains.

I'm not a fan of Daphne's gyro meat. Bravo Avo has nice thick, fried pieces - a bit crispy on the ends. Some people like that (I do), some don't. Yes - the owners are always there, man & wife - very nice folks, will customize your order however you'd like - check it out!

I've been a fan of FR since the initial developments - now in BR but close enough. It's a great middle-ground between Irvine-Irvine and deep-South OC. Aliso Viejo is another. FR shopping is super convenient for day-to-day stuff, very close to Spectrum and easy access to both Irvine and South OC...

On a more serious note - stopped by the event today - good turn out. New parks/amenities look great, better than anything we've seen in Irvine (new). Not sure how it compares to Woodbury/etc.

New signage up in BR showing next neighborhood to launch : The Peake by Shea. Btw new signs and logos throughout the community. Definitely a higher end look vs previous branding. I like.

Haven't heard about any recent uptick in crime or the like in FR or LF. Things are nice and peaceful in my neck of the woods.
