    Housing Analysis

This was my personal experience. I almost bought at Great Park, but that legendary environmental hazard sheet YellowFever posted heavily influenced me to reconsider. Poll: Irvine Housing Prediction June 2022

I haven't followed too close on the market trend, but I hear Irvine home prices haven't really dropped like other areas. Is that true?

    Your nose knows...

I'm still questioning the whole Covid and pandemic thing, but the masks actually do make your nose and throat more moisture so it's good to wear in such dry environments like Irvine especially newer areas being more inland. It also heats you up when cold outside. I do have an experience sleeping...

    Starter Homes 2022

Irvine is a good place to buy for its good ROI and also many people enjoy its amenities as well. To live is a completely different story so I?m not bringing that up. Everyone has different tastes and opinions so I totally understand some people just not liking the city. However, you can?t deny...

    HOA's in Irvine & Roundup

When you say the drivers in Irvine suck, what does that exactly mean? Does that mean they drive too fast? Too slow? Just not your preferred style? I do agree that people in LA usually drive faster even with more dense roads and lower speed limit numbers like 35mph whereas it's around 55 in...

Poll: Irvine Housing Prediction June 2022

Good homes are still selling pretty fast. Maybe we're not getting like $200k+ escalation clause with 50+ offers anymore, but the selling price is still pretty high considering the rates.
