    What you could do is rent month to month at one of the Irvine pacific apartments, Tustin marketplace area is nice, and then  get a feel for the neighborhood and surrounding cities and discover which area you would like to permanently rent.  Keep major items in a storage facility and unpack later.

    I agree. San marino is a really nice place to live. I grew up in both irvine and san marino .  Safe neighborhoods good school, good location , beautiful mature trees , classic homes that all look different, solidly built
