true, asians are the most affluent minority group, but i feel that this is because we are much more willing and aggressive in assimulating into corporate america and and adopt those cultures/values as a means to succeed or open opportunities... thus whites accept us "better" then other minority...

thats not particularly "true"... ive been lead to believe that there is a income factor and social mobility that comes into play... i think to be more accurate, it should say that affluent whites get along with affluent asians... if anything in that equation shifts to something else like poor...

hey guys, this is a bit on the side, but does anybody have experience with slingbox type gadgets?  i ask cause i been looking into alternatives to the home home dvr and what nots that i gotta pay extra for... figured i could recoup the savings in a years time with a slingbox, would also be nice...

i predict its just diversifying... rather than say buy homes in manhattan, san marino, beverly hills, or what nots... most of them buy multiple homes in cheaper locations where potential for appreciation is greater and much easier to rent out...
