Congrats Perspective.  The kitchen looks really nice especially your cabinet with the nice touch of glass door through the ceiling and the style of your sink as well.  :)

I guess the one in the westpark shopping center is doing well and they decide to open 2nd one in costa mesa.

I too will vote for Cressa.  I don't mind the location in PS at all and another advantage is the builder.  I will prefer NHC much more than IP.

I had Bruxie when they first opened up couple years ago in Irvine.  I like it but can't justify the price either.  Has anyone been there recently and is it still as clouded when it first opened?

We plan to try the 3M picture hanging strip another time as mentioned that the previous one with hook is the wrong kind because we have texture surface.  And the direction under the strip didn't specifically mentioned not to use on a texture surface while the one we got earlier did.  The picture...

Yep...  although I found that we bought the wrong kind of 3M command product... should have bought the strip instead of hook type.. got to give it another try one more time...  :-\
