    Recommendations for movers

    I used Costa Mesa Moving for my last two moves and were really happy with them.  Super careful and fast.  Not the cheapest but the quality is definitely worth the money in my opinion.

    Don't have a very specific floorplan but couple things are must: 1. 3 car garage with driveway 2. wok kitchen 3. man cave in basement 4. lot size > 7500 5. <1.5 mil 6. has to be in Irvine I kind of know why I can't find it because of 6) lol  ;D

    Just because the community is guard gated it does not make it prestigious.  NP was never a prestigious community to begin with.  Shady Canyon, Hidden Canyon, Turtle Rock/Ridge, on the other hand are considered prestigious community in Irvine.
