    Any recommendations on financial advisors?

Advise yourself. Become educated, really only you have YOUR own best interests at heart. As mentioned there are enough forums, free info to help you out. I went to a few guys and all they wanted to sell me was an annunity. Their fees were NEARLY AS MUCH as I was making. So instead of that...

My quest for membership at the Woodbury LA Fitness

Deal with the GM, ditch the sales person.... I kinda have the same issue with dancing, but opposite. The owner/manager tries to get you to buy, buy, buy, with high pressure sales. I don't appreciate it. So I just purchase from the #2 person and or another sales person so I don't have to deal...

Considering new purchase in VOC (Ciara) - Looking for advice

IPO that's what I was thinking, the MR and all the other fees just kill ya every day.... for the rest of the time you own the house. All those extra fees never really go away and can be a burden on your bottom line. If it were me, i'd probably look at someplace close to the ocean for that...

When a Bad Time to Buy Might be the Right TIme?

    1. I'd wait on an apartment. 15k isn't nearly enough to purchase a condo. For 1900 a month that'd put you into a 200k condo, doable, but its not what you want. I'd say the idea is 50-100k as a start with a FHA. BUT you WILL need income documentation or a rather large "wad" of cash...

    Stock Market Day-Trading Discussion Thread

Yep, I've been riding C and BAC for the last week. I think i put 1000 out there and it came back as 1933 in profit. So not quite great, but not bad. I didn't do so well with BAC, i only got about 50-55% profit.... Like you, i don't want to get greedy. Sooooo.... you're paying for...

Buyer Beware..A tale of my own stupidity regarding Toll Bros.

Did you do your homework up front before you purchased? I am not trying to bash, but I have learned the hard way that you MUST research any and everybody you deal with. You must also have a clause for payback in the event ANYTHING goes wrong. Doesn't mean that they won't take forever to pay...
