Each home has their own driveway that's able to fit at least 2 cars. The plan 4s being released have extra-long driveways that can fit four cars.

I think a Gelson's would be a good option. The OH grocery store unit doesn't seem to be any larger than the Gelson's at Oak Creek when looked at on Google Maps.

I don't think it's a matter of prefering the motorcourt layout, but rather prefering the floorplans over the other homes in the area and not viewing the motorcourt as an issue.
