I vote D over R but she is a bit too liberal for my taste. Vastly prefer her over Mimi Walters, but would rather see a moderate/business-friendly Democrat.

    To Sports Car lovers

One thing I like about EVs is that they can be really fast without looking flashy. Of course some EVs tick both boxes, but not all do.

We like Dr Morgan at Quail Animal Hospital. Not the cheapest and not easy to schedule, but we feel he's caring and competent.

    New Traffic Laws

That isn't really my experience, and I live and work in Irvine. I agree that would be frustrating. I guess my concern is that we try to walk in Irvine (I'm generally too risk-averse to ride my bike alongside 50+mph traffic), and it takes just one driver error to end it all.

    New Traffic Laws

I don't think there's an objective way to write a law like this, and I think it makes sense to take action on reducing death/injury on the streets. It's by far the biggest public safety issue in Irvine in terms of risk of injury or death.

    VinFast Anyone?

My dad reserved one of these but I have no interest. It's really difficult to do a car company from scratch, and I'm skeptical of anyone who thinks they can replicate what Tesla did.

    Starter Homes 2022

Irvine (and its surrounding cities) needs way more supply of homes, especially some smaller side 2bd product for emerging professionals.

    Chang'an, Tustin

We ended up taking them to Meizhou Dongpo in Irvine. I was kind of disappointed but it was a decision-by-consensus.. The service was great, and if I have a future client from Mainland I'd take them there for sure (the private rooms are nice), but otherwise not that memorable considering price...

    Retail Openings and Closures

I think it's reasonably convenient. Have you ever been to a city? For a destination mall that's a pleasant place to walk around, I'm willing to spend 5 minutes looking for parking (see Irvine Spectrum on the weekends). It's not some thunderdome like Downtown Disney or Sawtelle District...

    Retail Openings and Closures

That is super sad. I'm puzzled at how badly The District's interior area is doing. I enjoy walking around there and I find that parking is easy and traffic is not a big deal. Maybe I am in the minority here.
