Yea I sold my 2018 Model 3 for more than I paid...it was a no brainer to upgrade to Model Y. I'm thinking of selling my other Tesla too and upgrading it.

This market will cool down in which we will get some more supply and prices stabilize but not to any level that you are hoping or expecting.

That is a nice looking home. I'm not really a fan of these multi-story layouts because it effectively is like a tri-level home but I like the look and the view from so many parts of the home.

A house of that size with a lot of that size is pretty rare to come by in Irvine though... Tax records show SFR and not Condo by the way.

Notes just say "no more showings at this time" so my guess is that they got a very strong offer or they need to stage/prep the house more.

I'm going to be in that area later today. I'll swing by to see if I can even get any information at all.
