    But it does give off heat that travels upward.  So the bottom of the TV will get hot.  So I would assume that it isn?t ideal.

    They are increasing the phase premiums for the nonview lots by $10-$15k per phase.  When you get to the larger lots in the later phases, it?ll be closer to $100k increase over the earlier phases plus the lot premiums.  Would be interesting to see the larger interior lots closer to $2m.

    I notice in model homes like cetara they put the TV right above the linear fireplace.  There isn?t a mantle either.  Realistically, when the fireplace is turned on, wouldn?t that be too hot for the TV?

    Low elevation?  These are higher than Trevi?s $4m views. Have you seen some of the lower elevations of the Vistas on Leafy Pass where you have the backyard of another Vista home backed right below you?

    Yeah I was confused at first.  They explained that HOA is captured under PITIA and they cannot count it twice for UW purposes and that?s why they add it back.  Maybe someone in loans can better explain it.

    I just paid the December installment for property taxes.  If I were to sell my home, what happens to the next installment that is due in Feb. 1, 2021 (April 21, 2021 without penalty)?  Does it get prorated or do I not have to pay the next installment?

    Can someone please explain how getting a jbox thru the builder allows the electrician after close of escrow to come in and minimize the need to drill holes in the ceiling and walls for downstairs bedrooms without attic access?  Don?t they still need to drill four holes for the recessed lights...
