Sunland makes polycore. I think Norman only has wood and their non-wood is not polycore.  It is some sort of MDF, which I also heard is pretty crappy like particle board.  Whoever is selling will always say their stuff is the best.  Ask Sam78, I believe he purchased Norman Woodlore.

Uverse isnt available in parts of irvine.  Uverse costs a lot more than both DirectTV and Dishnetwork.  I believe Cox is even cheaper than UVerse.  Direct TV has some faulty service though.  I have heard some bad experiences with their hardware failing on some occasions.
