and it cost at least 1 MILLION dollars for a SFR.  assume the minimum wage is 15 dollars per hours. 1000000 dollars / 15 dollars / 8 hours per day / 260 days = 32 years... 260 days = 365 / 7 days per week * 5 workdays per week you only need 32 years to make 1 MILLION dollars.  :)
