Just saw a fist fight in the Woodbury Town Center parking lot. Looks like parking lot rage between two "likes to fight" guys. A few bystanders were yelling at them to stop. Each got in a few good shots before they stopped.

Stopped by around 1:30, no line at all, just a small group of kids sitting outside enjoying their free treats. Tried their mango flavor, not bad, a bit on the sweet side, perfect for the little ones. Will go back and try their custard some other time.

Sure they do, probably if they want to move, downsize, retire to their native country, and don't want the hassle of managing RE in another country. Each family has their own reasons.
