    i was joking obviously about showing the house every day, but entering a property w/ proper notice to show to prospective buyers is not a constructive eviction i assume seller is just worried about tenants damaging the property

    cash out refi is not like selling shares to realize gains.  you're just borrowing money from the bank with your home equity as collateral.

    in theory if they make a car in texas and want to sell it to a texan they will have to ship it out of state to do so but they don't currently make cars in texas and even when they do they are still going to have the fremont plant going

    If the house has a tenant they may be marketing more to investment buyers who would be more interested in the cash flow than the specific details of the interior

    cost of education is location dependent too college still costs students money.  colleges still compete with one another for students and one metric of that competition is price.  dept of ed is just injecting liquidity into that market.  it's not that different conceptually from the treasury...

    prices would go down because demand would go down.  that's not the same thing as "more affordable." (actually it would be a direct result of educational financing becoming less affordable, ironically).  education also has societal benefits.  we all benefit when more people are more educated. ...

    foot locker recently opened a large standalone store like this about a block from me.  it was formerly an american apparel.  there are lines around the block any time there is a shoe "drop".  also the occasional shooting.  they seem to be doing pretty good business though.
