What was the price per sqft you guys ended up paying for those shutters?  The best quote I've gotten from a local manufacturer/installer was $12.50.  Everything made at their factory in Ontario and the quality seems great!

Fairmont is my favorite hotel in SF.  It's a bit of a walk to the touristy areas but you can uber for cheap to get to the touristy stuff.  :)

Not sure if this is a game changer for you... but for PS, you get the brand new elementary/high school.  For trellis court I believe you get zoned to Irvine high still?  Not saying Irvine high is bad but I'm saying Portola may be a better option if you had kids and wanted to take advantage of...

Fire Sprinklers are standard at Cressa.  Take pictures of the Fire Sprinkler lines so  you don't puncture any of it if you decide to nail stuff into the walls.  Get to know where your water shut off valve is, where all the drainage is, make sure all your electrical options are there.

Yep... It's a very convenient vehicle.
