    350K consider middle class here!

I still think the $7800 for 2 destination vacations and one staycation is not truly realistic.  1 Hawaii vacation (6-nights during the IUSD spring break) on Costco is ~$4,500 for a 2.5 or 3 star hotel.  The daycare expense is probably reasonable for SF or NYC.

2 destination vacations for a total of $7,800?  All these numbers in this article are F'd up.

Orange County Great Park: Sports park, water park, ice rink, golf course

There's probably a whole new generation of TI'ers that have no idea who "belly" or YF or BTB is.  So sad.

Why are some Irvine Schools showing leftwing CNN to our kids?

Maybe you need to move to a red state and away from all those Asian people that you said you apparently hate....5 YEARS AGO.  Why are you still living in Irvine? Or are you just a troll? https://www.talkirvine.com/index.php/topic,11280.msg218796.html#msg218796 I mean, come one....street...

When would be next housing Bottom?

a 2.5+ hour commute is doable if it's on a train and you're able to work will commuting.  That's my personal experience.  Not a bad option if you're job is in an undesirable (bad area, too expensive, etc.) location.

Orchard Hills 3 Residents Smelt Odor From All American Asphalt

Which neighborhoods claim to smell the odor?  From NextDoor, it appears it's mainly Orchard Hills, Eastwood and Stonegate.  Is anyone from the other villages smelling that asphalt smell?

Canadian mom charged with paying $400,000 to have son admitted to UCLA

Some of the most important learning you do is outside the classroom, not inside one.  Living on your own, away from your parents and support system, for extended periods of time in invaluable.  Going to a commuter school can't replicate that experience.

All these guys have flaws.  if Noah's biggest flaw is his durability, I still think he's the best fit.  If he get's hurt, then it's 'next man up'.

UCI #1: Money Magazine?s Best Colleges

That's ridiculous.  You can't do that when a large share of Cal grads work in the Bay Area where the cost of living is significantly higher.  That's a biased stat, like many are.

    Lakers News

Lakers need (1) a good defender, (2) a good passer/playmaker, and (3) good shooter.  Noah can possibly satisfy two of those 3 things.  He's the choice.

    Stock picks

The next stock to watch is NVTA.  it's around $26.50 right now.  Will go to $100 in the next couple years.  I got in around $22, but I almost pulled the trigger around $15 a few months earlier.

    Dow?

Retail sales has been poor for many companies without a sound online strategy.  Look at Nordstrom (JWN) or Macy's (M) as good examples.

I bailed out on 2/3 of my TGT at $88.  Contemplating what to do with the rest.  I have the same dilemma with ROKU right now.  Bought at $52, now at $139.  Grew too fast too quickly.  Also made a dumb move and bought MU last year at $45, which hasn't done anything.
