    OC Property Tax Payment

Thx. They shouldn't charge you any 10% penalties until April 10, and definitely not if it's a new construction supplemental where your address isn't even recognized in the system.

Mimi Walters - CA45 Rep missing in action?

https://www.govtrack.us/congress/votes/115-2017/h71 Mimi supported Trump's gutting of an anti-corruption measure, making it easy for energy companies to make secret payments to foreign governments (i.e. Bribes). Consider asking her to do a town hall soon. She seems terrified of talking to her...

Mimi Walters - CA45 Rep missing in action?

Has anyone met Mimi Walters at community events, town halls or been able to get useful info from her staff? I've lived in a bunch of districts over the years (both R and D) and generally at least the staff is accessible. Her social media presence is amusing too. Very tone deaf to her...

Should the tenant or landlord pay for this

If you're happy with your tenant, I would fix it. But I don't think you need to fix it. I think I read CA landlord guidelines require you to fix things that meaningfully impact the habitability of the dwelling. I don't think this would qualify under those guidelines as something you have to fix.

How low can we go? 30 yr fixed at 3.75% with no fees...

Anyone else getting good quotes on 30 year jumbos? Last time around, with relationship pricing, I got to 3.25%, 0 cost refi. This time around, the mortgage news daily index looks better, but I'm not seeing quotes under 3.25%. Which lenders are most competitive right now?
