Newer Irvine listings with crazy WTF asking prices from equity sellers

That's a good point about Ukraine and Russia. A Chinese girl I know had to choose between her Chinese passport or her US passport a few years back. Which one did she give up? ....China of course... She's still got plenty of property in Irvine. From her penthouse apartment in NE China, she can...

    coronavirus

Let's pretend the Covid death stats are truthful. Your argument that Florida has older people in it and so has a higher per captia death vs. California is fair. However, it doesn't explain why Arizona is the #1 destination for COVID death. As for your last sentence, it reminds me of someone I...

    coronavirus

That is a sensible argument. I guess Desantis didn't protect his old people as much as he thinks. I wonder why AZ has the highest COVID deaths in the country. Their average age is around 38. I had neighbors during the COVID out break who did travel ball. They said AZ was totally open at that...

When buying an investment property one has to think deeply where it lies. Where would you buy LA county or Orange county? Definitely OC over LA as the landlord rights are stronger here. Republicans have an easier time kicking out families then their Democrat colleagues. Buying an investment...

How high will mortgage rates climb in the next 36 months?

I know a lot of rich people who collect houses. They are smooth brained monkeys like me. We don't know how to buy bonds or stocks. We only have one strategy and that is to have 100 rental houses before we retire. Everything else is financial mumbo jumbo. We are all waiting to collect more...

How high will mortgage rates climb in the next 36 months?

When mortgage rates go up...the people who got 3% loans feel richer. I wasn't going to sell my house a year ago when prices were @ peak. Now that prices have come down 10%, and mortgage rates are much higher, I'm even more determined to keep my house. I think housing inventory is going to stay...
