Attached price list Phase 2, Phase 1A and Phase 1B from Shea Ridgewood. I see Phase 2 price increased for only premium lots. Phase 2 I see few smaller lot sizes compared to other phases.

Today Shea called for Ridgewood phase 2 for sale of 8 home sites. I saw around 40 people turned up. Few people did not show up and few differed. One model left and remaining 7 homes sold.

Prices increased for all model homes and I asked sales reap and told me at least 20 new names are added during this month to the priority list for Knolls. Coming to Ridgewood regarding phase release she told its corporate marketing strategy.

Last Saturday 50% Asians, 40% Caucasian and 10% Middle eastern from my observation both Knolls phase 2 and Ridgewood phase 1B buyers. Most of them younger age.

Yesterday I discussed about 20 min on this matter with one of senior sales rep. She told Shea will definitely increase price for Knolls. She told next phase will be at least 2 to 3 weeks and around four hundred people are desperate to buy Knolls. Ridgewood is not that demand because of price...

Can you compare for elementary school teaching standards  And differences between two schools you observed if any. I see FR school strength is around 850+ compare to SG  650+ I see FR is grades from KG to 6th and SG KG to 5th.
