I prefer inside feel. But keep in mind Ridgewood precede in resale compared to Parkview. Only few homes in Ridgewood with no one behind.

Advantage for Shea homes is private company and always produce less volume of homes compared to Toll. Shea is less worry about market conditions and not hurry in selling homes quickly for less price or attracting other offers (I am 100% positive on this) Toll is public company and need to...

Prices are high at BR no doubt. Even though housing market is weak in OC. But Shea is not compromising in prices or to give out additional upgrades.. Before price release in Feb. I thought Price would be around $300 to $325 max... But I was wrong.

I came to know from sales person heavy demand for Cul-de-sacs. Most of people are waiting for this Cul-de-sacs... These will go fast with high premium.

Till now Shea released up to Phase4 homes. This Saturday Home site 9 from Phase 3 sold and Home site 11, 14 and 24 are sold. I see few price increase for few models... Till now nO price drop,  compared to other phase releases.... Shea released new Ridgewood Available Homes For Sale.

Shea released Phase4 at Ridgewood on Saturday new 8 homes with no price change 4 homes sold and I see lot of people differed and few did not show up.
