Toll Brothers already occupied homes in June ending. Shea homes first move in for the Knolls (9 units) and  Ridgewood (9 units) are set for July 31st.

Most of the buyer?s attracted with Model/Floorplan 3 and Model/Floorplan 2. Still good number of people in waiting list. Majority of the buyer visited new homes in Irvine and are still buying at Baker Ranch  ;)

This was second biggest lot size for Knolls. Corner and know one behind this home. I came to know this was sold with first call the person in the priority list.

As we saw the similar demand in Irvine last year with multiple offers..... Now Cerritos and Cypress joined the list.....

Parkview community are motorcort homes and base price avg $360/Sq.Ft. Ridgewood community are SFR homes with good lot size and base price avg $340/Sq.Ft to $370/Sq.Ft.

Anyone received email from Shea for Knoll phase 6 this Saturday? In the past Shea sales rep said construction catch up for sold homes and took close to 2 months break. I think waiting list would have increased for sure..

Parkview move in started and now onwards you will see cars moving in and out at BR. Not sure regarding trafic to Knolls and Ridgewood. But move in will be July ending.

Are you present at the yesterday's private move in party? any updates from Shea?

My initial gut feeling upon reading this you may end up in purchasing at BR in the near future.
