Yeah me too.  I was quoted 2.65 then 2.75, but couldn't lock it in since we were too far out.  Today, we locked it in at 3.  I still think its pretty good, seen anything significantly lower in the market?

My wife and I just stopped by today to get some flooring ideas.  All the models were open.  Took a look at the Lapis models.  The middle unit was interesting if we wanted to buy one for my in-laws in the future.  Kinda like a 2 bedroom apartment 2nd floor only but 860k for that?  Jesus.

Eh.  Not me.  They can build 126 new houses and have 126 different problems.  You buy one like this and find out 9 months later when it rains you have a leak it probably is a shitty feeling.  You have a couple of minor issues, probably not that bad.  As long as they fix it without much hassle...

Congrats CalBear.  The bluffs model is very nice.  Was my wife?s first pick.  But we didn?t get on the list until maybe a month ago.  No way would be able to get one anytime soon.  Thankfully we got the Sierra.  Looks like everything is falling into place for everyone. Cheers!

Yeah I noticed the same.  Do you mind sharing what the base price of plan 1 was before they added the options?  The plan 3 was I believe 1.5 or 1.55.  Was the plan 1 around 1.3-1.4? Wanted to see all the models but too many people in line to wait for all of them. 

Thats true.  Only way yo get curb appeal on 2-3 is if u get the end unit like lot 58 and the other plan 3 that?s on the end in front of it.  Also on the plan 3?s if you are on the end you get that balcony. 

Not a fan of it.  But what can you do.  Probably go in through the garage most of the time.  Just got back from touring the model home.  Decent turnout so far.  Sales rep said they?ll be releasing phase 2 soon and said we will be happy.  Let?s see how much it will go up. 

You should check out the model home this weekend.  One of the 3 is a 2x or 2y.  My wife walked through it and didn?t like it too much.  I think the actual living space is similar to the plan 3 unless you really need that deck on the 3rd floor.

Martin, just in case you didn?t know, the plan 2 model home is the 2x or 2y.  Your dad?s lot is definitely worth the little premium.  It?s huge compared to what I?m getting.  Jealous?.
