The Mello Roos on this condo is about $1,500 per year. It is zoned to Santa Ana schools but the people that buy these condo in the airport area aren't looking to buy because of the schools (other than maybe buying it for their child who is or will be going to UCI).

OP, have you asked your agent those questions? An experienced agent should either be able to answer those questions or provide you some kind of guidance and/or feedback. I'll provide you my responses later on today when I have a break in open house traffic flow.

Got word from escrow earlier this afternoon that the transaction closed. The final sales price was $1,710,000 or $110,000 above the asking price and $210,000 above the highest Plan 3 model match closing. Congrats to both the buyer and seller.

The price bumping quick flips will be coming to an end shortly as the market is slowing down and inventory is starting to pile up.

It's the best lot in the Knolls tract and probably the home upgraded home in the tract. That being said, we got a total of 3 offers and we sent out the best & final counters earlier this morning.

Remember that single story homes trade around 15%-20% higher on a price per square foot basis as compared to 2-story homes.

I think they take them down once the community is sold out. I subscribe to a service where I have access to 90% of floor plans in Orange County which is where I got the attachment from.
