    My Strada lot premium was listed at $15K for the bigger backyard (8.5' deeper) - the location wasn't premium. The same premium was used at Laurel in Cypress Village. Of course you will pay an additional "premium" in landscaping costs! Particularly for a 31' deep yard.

    Lennar doesn't really offer any upgrades or customizing choices except for outrageously priced flooring and back splashes - remember "Everything's Included" so the prices are their base prices although many are from previous phases.     The typical distance from the back wall to the conservatory is 7'-6" - note that it is only 10'-0" from the kitchen to the back wall. The typical side yard is 5'-0". Lots in the current phases have "much" bigger back yards 14'-0" to conservatory and 16'-6" from the kitchen.
