    I looked up a place in that neighborhood for rent, and that bottom unit looks like it could rent for $1750. That place has been offered for rent for a couple months, though, so it appears the price could be kind of high.

    I would absolutely think the Salton one would have to drop, since it's 400 sq ft smaller and has 2 fewer bedrooms. Guess it depends just how bad a condition the Bolinas one I posted is in.

    I've noticed sometimes they will be back almost every night...then other times I won't see them out for weeks at a time. Perhaps they are busy towing cars in other neighborhoods?

    IR - I'm not surprised in the least. These are the same types who were calling a bottom months and months ago because conditions had gotten as bad as they did in the last downturn, so they figured it couldn't get any worse and "had" to improve.
