Solar Panels Savings to Decrease by 33% in CA

Watch - they are going to miscalculate the fixed costs or the quantity of earners per category and they will fix the shortfall by increasing the fee of the highest income bracket.

Are there really that many coupes in Irvine that make 600k? You would generally need a combination of lawyer/doctor/engineer/finance exec. Are there that many couples where both spouses fall into those categories? I do know a couple of those types of marriages. But not sure if that is common. I...

Tustin Air Base Hangar on fire

Mesothelioma takes 10-40 years to present itself, we just hit the 10 year mark so it is probably premature to declare victory on that one. Also, the roof collapsed and fell into the building so most of the asbestos was probably contained inside although I’m sure there is some that escaped...

Tustin Air Base Hangar on fire

There is ash all over the place. People in Northpark square which is somewhat north reported ash all over their backyard so there is probably (or was) ash on the campus. It was probably the right thing to do. I’m guessing they will test the campuses somehow before they let kids go back to...

I’ve used it for donuts and the donuts were fresh. Every store probably varies. I think there are some that use it a normal sales channel and give you fresh donuts.

Tustin Air Base Hangar on fire

I think you are asking why they closed the schools if the air was clean? They didn’t specifically say but my guess is the debris on the campus. On Nextdoor a parent posted a pic of the hangar l debris that her son came home with. Not good

Tustin Air Base Hangar on fire

It’s probably only a matter of time before some law firm goes door to door knocking to sue the Navy. Neither the city or OCFA have issued some sort of chemical warning. But it’s probably more out of ignorance.

Tustin Air Base Hangar on fire

Yes it is. Those were my thoughts exactly. I believe part of the reason they didn’t tear them down was because of the asbestos. The OCFA did say “The fire could burn for several hours, if not days, Fennessy said. There is no known risk of asbestos contamination, he said, and Tuesday’s weather...

Tustin Air Base Hangar on fire

The Navy has dragged their feet in doing something with that hangar. The roof caved in years ago and they just let it sit there. Hopefully they will just tear the whole thing down now.
