Great video! The design is absolutely beautiful but that damn courtyard takes up a ridiculous amount of space. Slap on a glass ceiling and make it the dining area.

You can still customize in Silverado/Trabuco Canyon?
Shady Canyon has customized homes... we knew someone who had an underground garage that was awesome.
Haddad can't expect there to be much more open land in Orange County. It's not just Irvine Company... any developer will try to maximize lot size for profit. I have been saying this for years... small backyards, side space, no front yard, no driveway, no multiple living spaces... but that's the reality.
Need to a rebuild in North Tustin or Orange if you want more space that's not out in the boonies.
