Brea 265 - Future New Homes in Brea

I was in the area back in early March of this year where the building site is supposed to be. Did not see any fences, earthmoving, or signs up.
 
Thanks for reaching out about the Brea 265 master planned community in Brea, CA. The development team is currently working on final plans and permits necessary to start construction of the project. We expect that to be done later this year after which we will have more information to share. In the meantime, we will provide updated information as it becomes available.

haven't seen much going on in that area..it reminds me a little of toll brothers metro heights in montebello built over former oil field/rigs
 
I haven't either when I happen to drive by this past weekend. I called the city about this project since I am highly interested in purchasing here and the update I received is that the city has not received any permits applications to begin construction.
