I believe it is Brea as the oil wells and oil pumps will be removed from the site and its was called Brea-Olinda Oil Field. I could be wrong as I am not familiar with OC.

Coyote Canyon Landfill? But I think they didn't build anything on the landfill other than newport coast drive? It's now being developed into a golf course tho, will give a boost to the value of the surrounding properties.Just remember that Newport Coast used to be a landfill too.
100% agree, if you want to live in newer areas, hazmat is almost inevitable. One thing I always tell my client is, you should know these but doesn't mean they should be a deal breaker because these things are everywhere. Just make informed decisions.
