    Retail Openings and Closures

I went around 6pm today and it took about 5 minutes after ordering from the kiosk. I'm glad I didn't have a long wait. I'm surprised Gong Cha left - they always seemed to have a good number of customers.

    President Trump

And it won't be his last firing.. Is his pace of firings similar to what it was during his first term? How does the US spending on this Iran war (that we are more actively involved in) compare to the US spending on the war in Ukraine?

How low can we go? 30 yr fixed at 3.75% with no fees...

I think it is just a demand/supply imbalance in these highly desirable areas. There are more people with the means to buy those homes than there are homes available.

Is this a good time to buy?

If $3m is the budget, why not a $3 million neighborhood with young families?

Is this a good time to buy?

If you can afford a $3M home (down payment, qualified for loan, etc) that you like and you feel like you have job security (of course, nothing is guaranteed), then go for it. Life is short, be happy. And Irvine is a great place to live (yes, there are also other great places).

    AI-pocalypse

I agree with what you are saying. But I also think you are much more highly skilled in the trades than the majority of white collar workers. I want things done right but I simply don't have the skill to do it myself. I also don't want to pay $100/hr for $18/hr quality.
