This is exactly what I'm interested in hearing.

Not all views deserve the same premium but for me, there is definitely a huge advantage over a having a home without a view.

IMO, these Pacific Coastal states are poorly run in a similar manner.

I just went to one in Singapore and prefer the minimal waitstaff attention, prompt and solid service, good food, and no tipping.

It is a pretty convenient location IMO.

I like how the floor plans that @irviniteeee shared from summer 2024 (first post in this thread) show the outline on the 1st floor of the toilets on the 2nd floor.
