126 Mongoose sold for 925k. At least 50k increase as it has no roof top and not much upgrades.

126 Mongoose just came out and listed for 970k..same selling agent...lets see when and at what rate it will sold.

130 Mongoose sod for 955k. It has no terrace and ok upgrades. So price is up for Ellwood a bit but not going crazy.

Hi... I don't live there but as a family person, I feel to get kids to the common park you need to get your car out(most places) which is a inconvenience. People from PP comes to BP as park is good but again you need car usually. It's my thoughts only and again I don't live there. I prefer park...

@capboba 4k for Nolan with rooftop+motorcourt? I will be moving in next few months and wanted to know rent as there may be some issues in job..how much offer I can get in case I need to sell it within months of moving in? Mine is nicely upgraded with clear view from rooftop in both directions...

OK. I went to sales office and asked about my questions. Saleswoman told me that for house's with rooftoop living area comes high as stairs are also considered as living area. For terrace they need to build additional stairs. Note that its not the terrace area that resulted in additional living...

One more thing if anyone can answer: What is "future resort style water Park" in the listing????????? Is there going to be any water park in Beacon park?

One thing I am not clear..Its size should be 2329 as per Nolan or nearby...but 2443 is almost 125 sq feet more...Why??Any idea...I know it can be little bit different based on the appraiser..but 125 is way too much.
